Our History
Our beautiful, safe and welcoming community was established in 2004. We have 555 single family homes and 148 townhomes. Homes were built between 2005 and 2013 and our builders were Lennar Homes, Richmond American Admiral Homes and New Atlantic Builders. We have six “neighborhoods” – The Villas of Heritage Park Townhomes, Arbor Park Village, Chancellors Ridge Village, Kings Grant Village, New Hope Village & Quail Ridge Village.
Community Amenities
Our amenities rich community is comprised of over 392 acres of lush greenery and boasts three playgrounds, a private community dog park, nature walking paths, tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts as well as soccer and baseball fields. A bustling and well-appointed Clubhouse which offers a pool, fitness center, library, welcoming great room, card room and so much more.
Volunteer Opportunities
We rely on our volunteers to help organize events, maintain our community spaces, and serve on our board of directors. Volunteering is a great way to get involved and make a positive impact in our neighborhood.
